Executive Assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant Pay: $18/hr Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Location: Port Arthur Duration: Temporary Travel Required: Yes (Mileage reimbursed) The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of External Affairs, Advancement, and Athletics. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position involves coordinating various administrative tasks, local travel, and event planning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, ensuring efficient office operations and communication. Perform local errands as needed, with mileage reimbursement. Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion in handling sensitive information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Professional demeanor and attention to detail. Availability for local travel (mileage paid).
