I'm looking for an experienced Power BI Developer / Data Analyst (Report Writer 3) with strong enterprise BI experience and a background working with Texas state agencies or Special Education/Public Education datasets .

Must-Have Requirements:

8+ years transforming complex datasets into high-performing data models
4+ years of hands-on Power BI development
Advanced DAX , semantic models, dashboards & reporting
2+ years managing Power BI workspaces, gateways, refreshes & security
Experience testing data accuracy, DAX logic & report performance
2+ years with Git/BitBucket source control
2+ years working with Special Education/Public Education data
2+ years working directly with Texas state agencies

Preferred:

SAS / .sas7bdat datasets | Jira | SAP BusinessObjects | Tableau
