This opportunity is open only to US citizens and authorized residents living in the Chicago area. This position supports the US P&BB and NA Ops Tech Team, and this resource will work closely with Technology and Finance partners to provide business and financial management support for the portfolio. This person will investigate and identify strategies to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions. Defines business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer & Reporting Analyst to join the Business Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. Develop SharePoint site and implement automated solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and other PowerPlatform technologies. SharePoint specific required skills including end-to-end development including customizing web parts and web part pages, creating sites, document libraries, lists and views and reporting functions Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders then translate them into SharePoint solutions. Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI for enhanced reporting and analytics. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience. 3 years experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance management systems (for example, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and lower Microsoft apps). Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices within SharePoint Online and Power Platform. Verbal & written communication skills – In-depth. Salary: $74,000.00 – $138,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
