Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Commerce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical delivery for enterprise-scale digital commerce platforms across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models. Role: SAP Commerce Technical Architect Onsite: Bridgewater, NJ W2 Position Key Technologies SAP Commerce Microservices SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) SAP Commerce Platform Required Skills SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) SAP Commerce Platform & Core Java (JDK 11/17/21) & Spring Framework OCC APIs, REST/SOAP integrations Spartacus / Composable Storefront or Accelerator (JSP) Microservices & event-driven architecture CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or GCP) Solr, caching strategies (e.g., Redis) Integration with ERP, CRM, and third‑party systems Nice to Have Skills SAP CX ecosystem (CDC, Emarsys, CPQ) Experience with PIM, OMS, CMS platforms Exposure to headless / composable commerce architectures Certifications (Preferred) SAP Certified Development Professional SAP Commerce SAP Certified Professional SAP Commerce Cloud Key Responsibilities Architecture & Technical Leadership Define and own end-to-end SAP Commerce architecture across storefront, backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure Lead solution design for Spartacus (Composable Storefront) or Accelerator-based implementations Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and governance frameworks Conduct architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and code quality assessments Drive technology roadmap and upgrade strategy (e.g., JDK migration, platform upgrades) Delivery & Execution Oversee technical delivery across multiple workstreams and distributed teams Lead effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical milestone tracking Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely resolution Ensure delivery quality via peer reviews, definition of done, and CI/CD governance Integration & Platform Engineering Architect integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP CX suite, CMS, PIM, OMS, payment gateways, and third‑party systems Define and govern OCC API strategies, REST/SOAP services, and microservices architecture Design event-driven and scalable integration patterns Lead cloud architecture across SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 and hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP/BTP) Performance & Engineering Excellence Drive performance engineering, including Solr optimization, caching strategies (Redis), and load testing Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of commerce platforms Enforce security, observability, and compliance standards Team & Stakeholder Engagement Mentor engineers, technical leads, and solution designers Act as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and architecture boards Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Support pre‑sales activities, including RFPs and solution design workshops Qualifications 11‑14 years of IT experience with deep expertise in SAP Commerce architecture and delivery Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring, and SAP Commerce Cloud platform Proven delivery experience in SAP Commerce Cloud CCV2 environments and DevOps pipelines Experience with Spartacus/Composable Storefront or Accelerator-based implementations Deep understanding of OCC APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture Expertise in performance tuning, caching (Solr/Redis), and scalability engineering Strong experience with enterprise system integrations and cloud platforms Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Saransh
