Bilingual Program Support Specialist / Admin
Modesto, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and patient Bilingual Program Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a long-term role and make a meaningful impact working with diverse populations.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and program support in a busy office setting
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Assist individuals who may be resistant or hesitant to engage in services
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused in challenging situations
Comfortable working with clients who may have strong personalities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
