About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Special Projects to join its dynamic team. This senior role is pivotal in serving as the construction industry voice within the organization and will have a direct impact on how technology is integrated and modernizes the industry. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, defining and evolving the company's industry narrative, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities also include supporting enterprise pursuits as a preconstruction subject matter expert, refining customer profiles, and driving alignment across initiatives that affect revenue and customer outcomes. Applicants must have 10 to 15+ years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on preconstruction and estimating. A strong network across various industry stakeholders is essential, as is a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives. The role requires sharp business judgment, strong execution instincts, and a genuine interest in construction technology and industry transformation. The Head of Special Projects will engage directly with customers, participate in industry events, and be instrumental in shaping the company's approach to AI, estimating workflows, risk mitigation, and productivity.
