What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including newborn to geriatric cases
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to arrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently in electronic records
• Work independently on a small, rural unit with a tight-knit team
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• NH State RN license (or compact license accepted)
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of recent medical/surgical or telemetry experience
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new environments
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

About the Assignment:

This is a valuable opportunity to join a small, rural healthcare facility that values skilled nursing professionals. The unit handles a variety of patient acuities with a patient ratio of approximately 5:1, with higher acuity patients managed in the PCU. Dedication to patient safety and quality are top priorities.
