• Experience: Previous ER, Med/Surg, or PCU experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional, high-quality nursing care in a small, rural facility
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on a diverse patient population (pediatric, geriatric, general)
• Manage pain assessments and utilize pain management techniques
• Revise care plans based on patient responses and evaluate daily progress
• Administer medications safely following the SIX rights and reduce errors
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments, demonstrating technical skills
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret hemodynamic data, and respond per ACLS protocols
• Educate patients and families on plan of care, including pain and medication management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Adapt quickly and work independently in a small community setting

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Experience in ER, Med/Surg, or PCU
• ACLS certification
• Rural experience
