Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Valid Washington OT license
• Must be fingerprinted with OSPI prior to start date
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy within a school setting highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Commitment to best practices in therapeutic intervention for children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement
• Assess, document, and report on student progress toward therapeutic objectives
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide meaningful input on supporting student success
• Adapt interventions as needed to meet evolving student needs and school expectations
