In this full-time remote role, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that emphasizes work-life balance and personal well-being. Our flexible scheduling options allow employees to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families with diverse needs.

• Conducting comprehensive interviews that capture social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.

• Evaluating and treating psychological and emotional issues within your scope of practice, ensuring the highest standard of care.

• Coordinating programs and therapeutic activities tailored to meet clients' unique social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitating case management, including short-term crisis resolution, referral to community resources, and ongoing client support.

• Developing a relationship of mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal client engagement and progress.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions in alignment with established protocols and standards.

• Managing a caseload that reflects current client needs, ensuring all documentation is timely and reflective of provided services.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
