Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift, also 12 hour day and night shifts available) – St. Charles, IL
$20.60/hr + Shift Premium | Immediate Start | Quick Hiring Process

My staffing agency is partnering with a global, family-owned manufacturing company in St. Charles on multiple Machine Operator openings. These are go-to-work positions — the process is very quick and streamlined, and all interviews go directly through me.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing and machine operation experience who want to join a stable company with long-term potential.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift:
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
$20.60/hr + $0.75/hr shift premium

3rd Shift:
10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday
$20.60/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium

Also 12 hour day and night shift available - $21-$23.50/hr

Weekends as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in powder coating production
Support production processes including mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging
Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
Follow production instructions and maintain safe operating practices
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning in production areas
Work in a powder manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience required
Comfortable working in a powder/dust manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic math and basic computer skills
Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
