Machine Lead Operator
Pay: $26.00
Shift: Shift: 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Lead Operator for our manufacturing client in the Grand Rapids, MI area to start immediately at $26.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Operate grit blast, thermal spray, and automated inspection machines
- Support and improve processes alongside the Shift Supervisor
- Perform machine setups and changeovers, troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct simple inspections and ensure quality standards
- Mentor and train team members on equipment and procedures
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance and repairs
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading trucks
- Support other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- GED or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Computer literate with manufacturing process knowledge
- Material handling and inspection experience
- CNC experience preferred
- Ability to read prints and apply common sense to instructions
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to obtain Hilo Certification
