Assess patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using standardized evaluations coupled with observational methods.

Create customized treatment plans targeting immediate goals as well as long-term needs in communication, cognition, and swallowing.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions with a focus on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Work in conjunction with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to ensure progress continues outside the clinical environment.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, keeping a continuous flow of care throughout the recovery process.

Ensure thorough and timely documentation that adheres to state, federal, and facility guidelines.

Stay abreast of the latest innovations in the field by participating in continued education and engaging with peers.

Earned a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if you are yet to obtain ASHA certification.

State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of hiring.

Expert knowledge in evidence-based treatment strategies for all age groups, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Flexibility in adjusting therapy techniques to cater to a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment paired with problem-solving expertise.

Familiarity with electronic health records and compliance with documentation protocols.
