Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary

The position will support the Strategic Planning & Initiatives team within Marketing & Communications by assisting with project coordination, content tracking, reporting, meeting preparation, and workflow organization. This role provides hands-on experience in managing marketing projects from planning through execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders across communications, creative, and digital teams.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

Students of any major are welcome to apply. Students pursuing careers in project management, marketing, communications, or business may find this position valuable for gaining practical experience in managing projects within a professional marketing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest in project management, marketing workflows, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience with or interest in project management tools such as Asana (preferred)
