Step into a meaningful and rewarding role supporting students with autism in local school settings. Three full-time contract opportunities are available for skilled behavior analysts who are passionate about making a difference in students’ educational journeys. Each position offers a unique chance to apply strong ABA principles in a collaborative, school-based environment.

Openings include:

• Immediate high school assignment in a small-group, substantially separate autism program through early March. These students have autism but do not present significant behavioral concerns.
• Middle school placement starting November 20th, overseeing a substantially separate program for students with complex behavioral needs. Safety-care training is required; if not already trained, it will be provided. This is an 8-week assignment.
• An additional November 20th start at the elementary level, working in a general education setting supporting students with autism.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required; BT applicants considered; however, BCBA supervision will not be provided
• Strong ABA skills and recent school-based experience are essential
• Open to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are comfortable working without BCBA oversight
• Paraprofessional applicants are not being considered at this time
• Reliable transportation for daily commute is necessary
• Zoom interviews will be conducted for qualifying candidates

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective ABA strategies to enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
• Document and track student progress toward individualized education goals
• Adapt interventions to suit classroom and student-specific needs
• Participate in staff meetings and training as required
