Job Description Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for mission-critical and industrial construction projects. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of milestones. Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards and construction codes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve technical challenges. Track project budgets and manage cost control measures effectively. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines. Ensure quality assurance by conducting regular site inspections and addressing any deficiencies. The Successful Applicant A successful MEP - Project Coordinator should have: Proficiency in managing MEP systems within construction projects, particularly in data center, industrial, or semiconductor sectors. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical challenges effectively. Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks. Experience with project management tools and software is advantageous.
