Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing updates on order status, timelines, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping teams to confirm order feasibility and proactively communicate potential delays.
• Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or specifications while collaborating with Quality and Production teams as needed.
• Prepare customer correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide backup support for customer service and front office functions during peak workload periods or employee absences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus).
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams.
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
