You'll resolve day-to-day IT issues and support Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, printers, VPN, and network connectivity during evening hours. You will own tasks from intake through resolution, assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, device deployment, and maintain documentation in Jira Service #J-18808-Ljbffr Mr Greens Produce
