The Lodging Sales & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day sales, guest service, homeowner relations, and operational needs of Beech Mountain Resort Lodging. This position works across multiple areas of the lodging department and serves as an important point of contact for prospective guests, current guests, homeowners, and internal resort departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with a variety of people, and willing to step in wherever needed to help improve the guest and homeowner experience.

• Respond to lodging inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist guests with selecting accommodations and converting inquiries into reservations.
• Follow up on lodging leads, abandoned inquiries, and potential bookings.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and lodging revenue.
• Assist with group lodging requests and special reservations.
• Maintain accurate information regarding lodging inventory, policies, rates, and packages.

• Serve as a point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with arrival information, property questions, maintenance concerns, and other guest needs.
• Follow up on guest issues to ensure they are properly resolved.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments when guest needs require additional assistance.

• Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding their properties and rental program needs.
• Assist with homeowner questions, requests, maintenance concerns, and property updates.
• Conduct property checks as needed and communicate concerns to homeowners and appropriate resort departments.
• Help maintain positive relationships between homeowners and Beech Mountain Resort Lodging.
• Assist with onboarding new properties into the rental program.

• Conduct routine home and property checks.
• Assist with identifying maintenance, housekeeping, inventory, and presentation issues within rental properties.
• Coordinate property needs with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and homeowners.
• Help ensure rental properties meet lodging standards and are prepared for arriving guests.
• Assist with property information, inventories, photos, descriptions, and other records.

• Assist with maintaining lodging information on the Beech Mountain Resort website.
• Review property listings for accuracy, including descriptions, amenities, photos, policies, and other information.
• Help add and update rental properties on the website and reservation system.
• Identify opportunities to improve how lodging properties and packages are presented online.
• Work with the marketing department on lodging promotions, photography, digital content, email communication, and other marketing needs.

• Maintain accurate guest, reservation, homeowner, and property information.
• Assist with emails, phone calls, reports, documentation, and general lodging office needs.
• Support special projects and seasonal lodging initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other resort departments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with both sales and guest service.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with websites, reservation systems, email, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments.
• Willingness to visit and inspect rental properties as part of regular job responsibilities.
• Hospitality, vacation rental, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety. A typical day may include responding to a lodging inquiry, helping secure a reservation, communicating with a homeowner, checking a rental property, updating a website listing, resolving a guest concern, and coordinating with another resort department.

The overall goal of the position is to help grow lodging sales while providing strong service to both guests and homeowners and supporting the successful operation of Beech Mountain Resort Lodging.
