The Role As an In-Store Lead Generator / Home Improvement Associate Trainer, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and sales expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region. We have positions available in: Seattle (West Seattle area), Bellevue/Renton & Kent/Federal Way! What You'll Do Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for home improvement associates Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills What You'll Bring 2 years of lead generation, field marketing or brand ambassador, in-store demo, and/or events experience preferred, but not required An associate's degree and/or continued education preferred Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday (10am-6pm Shift) Full time, 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays.
