Now Hiring Staffing Specialist We are growing fast and looking for someone who can thrive in a high-energy staffing environment. This is NOT a sit-back-and-scroll-your-phone office job. Every day moves quickly and requires someone who can communicate well, think critically, stay organized, and handle a lot of moving pieces at once. Experience in staffing is a plus, but not required. We can train the right person. What matters most: Strong communication skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Positive attitude and professionalism Ability to take feedback and apply it Sense of urgency and follow-through Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment You will be working with: Employee onboarding Recruiting/interviewing Scheduling Client communication Data entry and compliance Problem solving throughout the day This role is best for someone who enjoys being busy, helping people, and being part of a growing company where no two days are the same.
