Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Services Representative to provide technical support, coordinate service activities, and assist with resolving product and operational issues. This individual will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure timely communication, effective problem resolution, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries, investigate issues, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product quality, service, and operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Assist with investigating product-related complaints and identifying potential causes.
• Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other materials related to technical service activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in technical services, customer support, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the food, fresh produce, or agricultural industry.
• Knowledge of product quality standards, food safety, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience handling customer complaints and coordinating technical resolutions.
• Familiarity with reporting systems and documentation procedures.
