Construction Project Manager

Michael Page is hiring for a position in the property industry in Pittsford.

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Identify and address project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Oversee procurement and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges.
