Position Description: Responsible for assembling components into finished units or subassemblies using hand tools, air guns, hoists, fixtures, and gauges. Tasks are performed at designated stations on a conveyor line or workbench. Duties include handling parts of varying sizes (e.g., panels, motors, wiring), performing bench operations (e.g., wire cutting, deburring), and rotating between stations as needed. Must maintain line pace and record time and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts using tools and fasteners at assigned stations
• Follow detailed job instructions, including diagrams
• Operate fixtures, hoists, and gauges as required
• Maintain production pace and record output
• Report equipment issues and defective parts
• Work full shifts with potential overtime
• Train new or transferred employees as needed
• Adhere to standard work procedures
• Perform other assigned duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety rules and policies to maintain an excellent safety culture

Required Education & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
