Clinical TherapistMonday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)Full-time (40/hour per week)Locations available: Alcoa, Clinton, Englewood and Seymour, TNRiver Valley Health is a comprehensive Federally Qualified Health Center caring for over 70,000 patients across 13 counties in Tennessee. We are committed to serving our mission to care for all, regardless of ability to pay, through innovation, excellence, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns.Use standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to diagnose mental health disorders.Create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs and preferences.Provide immediate therapeutic interventions for patients in crisis situations.Qualifications:Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychologist, or related field.Active license and in good standing in the State of Tennessee, eligible for licensure, or in the process of getting a license as a LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems.Be part of a nonprofit organization focused on community health that values your work/life balance.Work with a dedicated team of professionals.Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive PTO package.Equal Opportunity Employer.
