Branch Manager

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and operational success of the Tewksbury branch. This individual will lead a team of technicians and support staff, drive customer satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance and play a key role in integrating future acquisitions into the branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pest management leader who enjoys building teams, developing people and helping grow a business through expansion and acquisition activity. Key Responsibilities Branch Leadership & Operations Lead day-to-day operations of the Tewksbury branch, ensuring service quality, safety and profitability. Manage and develop field service personnel, including technicians, supervisors and support staff. Establish performance expectations, coaching plans and accountability measures for branch employees. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Growth & Acquisition Integration Support integration of newly acquired businesses into branch operations. Help standardize processes, procedures, training and customer experience across acquired teams. Partner with senior leadership to execute growth initiatives and expansion strategies. Serve as a change agent during periods of growth and organizational transition. Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction levels. Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor service quality metrics and implement corrective actions when needed. Support both residential and commercial service operations. Financial & Business Performance Manage branch-level financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, productivity and labor utilization. Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve business objectives. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and increased profitability. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing pest management operations. Maintain branch readiness for audits, inspections and licensing requirements. Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance throughout the organization. Qualifications Five or more years of leadership experience within the pest control industry. Previous experience managing a branch, service center or multi-team operation. Demonstrated success leading and developing field service teams. Strong understanding of residential and commercial pest management operations. Ability to obtain and maintain Massachusetts Supervisory Pest Control licensing. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Key Strengths Current Massachusetts Supervisory License. New Hampshire Supervisory License or ability to obtain. Termite certification/licensing experience. Experience managing branch operations with annual revenues between $3M and $5M. Experience integrating acquisitions, opening new territories or leading organizational growth initiatives.
