Human Resources Manager

Company Overview A global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager to align talent strategies with global business priorities and enhance employee engagement. Job Responsibilities Ensure effective deployment of global HR processes across the business in the Netherlands. Lead HR integration efforts for newly acquired organizations. Partner with leadership to drive competitive compensation practices and high employee engagement. Collaborate with leaders to assess workforce needs and ensure appropriate staffing. Develop and implement succession plans and support leadership in employee development. Analyze talent data and trends to identify insights and implement solutions. Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and disciplinary actions. Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment. Interpret and apply HR policies, providing guidance to leaders and employees. Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing HR team. Evaluate and monitor training programs for effectiveness and alignment with business needs. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in manufacturing or R&D. Expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, compensation, and employee relations. Strong understanding of employment laws and ability to apply them in a business-focused manner. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset. Must work from the office 5 days per week and travel occasionally to other facilities.
