Your craftsmanship, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to safety will help ensure products perform reliably in demanding real‑world applications.This is a role for professionals who value quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Why This Role Is DifferentYou’ll work in a true heavy‑industry manufacturing environmentYour welds directly impact safety, performance, and customer satisfactionYou’ll use multiple welding processes—not repetitive task workYou’re trusted to read drawings, identify issues, and recommend improvementsYou’ll be part of a team that values 5S, safety, and operational excellenceWhat You’ll Be DoingInterpreting engineered drawings, blueprints, weld symbols, and dimensionsPerforming high‑quality welding on carbon steel and stainless steelFCAW (Flux‑Cored Arc Welding)GMAW / MIG weldingFollowing red‑line processes and recommending modifications or improvementsTroubleshooting welding equipment, machines, and consumables (liners, tips, nozzles, insulators)Operating hand and power tools including grinders and chipping hammersAccurately entering labor hours and production data into SAPCollaborating with supervisors and teammates to meet production and quality goalsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, housekeeping, and safety auditsMaintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and on‑time deliveryWhere You’ll Make an ImpactYou’ll support day‑shift manufacturing operations, helping ensure fabricated components meet strict quality standards while contributing to efficient, safe, and reliable production.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environmentProven experience with:FCAWGMAW / MIG weldingWelding carbon steel and stainless steelAbility to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkPreferred:TIG / GTAW welding experienceFabrication experienceCode welding or ASME certificationBackground in heavy‑industry manufacturing environmentsThe Kind of Welder Who Thrives HereYou care about more than just laying a bead — you care about accuracy, consistency, and doing the job right the first time.
