HR Manager

Privately held manufacturing and distribution company that designs, produces, and supplies residential and commercial building products through a national network. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for: Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, providing guidance, coaching, and support on talent and employee-related matters. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals while overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Lead investigations, recommend resolutions, and support corrective action processes while ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives that support a positive workplace culture. Prepare and maintain HR compliance reports and workforce KPIs while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Identify training needs, support employee development programs, and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and accuracy. The Human Resources Manager should have the following qualifications: 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Strong background supporting manufacturing, distribution, or other fast‑paced operational environments. Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with the ability to influence leaders, manage complex employee issues, and drive organizational effectiveness.
