Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping facilities running smoothly? We are seeking a Facilities Associate to support daily maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility projects across multiple Arizona locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Support facility improvement projects
• Maintain inventory, tools, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities, building, apartment, commercial maintenance, or handyman experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical work indoors and outdoors
• Strong customer service and communication skills
