Role Description Garden Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a Document Control Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate organizational records, reviewing and organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. Additional duties involve implementing efficient document management systems, maintaining version control, and coordinating across departments to ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation processes. Qualifications Experience in Documentation and Document Management practices Proficient skills in Records Management and Document Review Understanding of Quality Control processes related to documentation Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in document management systems and tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Familiarity with credit union operations or financial institutions is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Garden Savings Federal Credit Union
