Associate Director, US Field Analytics, Lung
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of US Field Analytics for its Lung business unit. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic partnership, supporting field organization optimization, performance measurement, and commercial decision-making through advanced data analysis and insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for lung field team design, sizing, territory alignment, and resource optimization
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation, targeting, and prioritization strategies for field engagement
- Own field KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting across multiple organizational levels
- Conduct advanced analyses to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities informing field strategy
- Build scalable analytical solutions and automate recurring analyses using SQL, Python, and BI tools
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing field force structures and territory alignment
- Strong ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience developing analytics frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership and technical teams
- Master's degree in analytics, business, data science, or related quantitative field
