Your Responsibilities

• Engaging in thorough patient evaluations, arranging necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing personalized care strategies
• Identifying and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in partnership with physicians or independently based on your credentials
• Instructing patients and families on health promotion, preventive measures, and effective disease management
• Prescribing treatments and medications in accordance with practice guidelines

• Accurately documenting all information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Criteria

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the willingness to obtain within 90 days)
