Now Hiring: Director of Growth (Confidential | Remote) I’m conducting a confidential search for an experienced Director of Growth on behalf of a large organization operating across the retail, fashion, CPG, and e-commerce space. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to lead growth strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives while managing significant paid media budgets. This position is ideal for a strategic, analytical growth leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do: Lead overall growth strategy across paid social, paid search, customer acquisition, and performance marketing Manage and optimize $1M+ in monthly paid media spend Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth Oversee paid media strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, and other digital advertising channels Own key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, customer acquisition, and revenue growth Lead, coach, and develop internal marketing teams and agency partners Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions Develop and maintain a structured testing and experimentation framework across marketing channels Partner with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives Help develop offers, promotions, landing page strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives Monitor marketing performance and budget allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability Build scalable growth strategies that support continued customer acquisition and revenue growth Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For: 5 + years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field Proven experience managing $1M+ in monthly paid media spend Strong experience across paid social and paid search Experience within retail, fashion/apparel, CPG, DTC, e-commerce, beauty, or consumer products Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta and Google Ads Experience managing internal teams, agencies, or external marketing partners Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and full-funnel marketing Highly analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action Experience with KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CLTV, MER, and contribution margin Strong understanding of testing, experimentation, attribution, and performance optimization Ability to manage significant budgets while continuously identifying opportunities for improved efficiency Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities Strong strategic mindset with the ability to also roll up your sleeves and execute E-commerce and DTC experience is highly preferred Why You’ll Love This Role: Fully remote opportunity Lead growth strategy for a large organization within the retail, fashion, CPG, and e-commerce space Manage significant paid media budgets and directly influence revenue growth Opportunity to lead and develop marketing teams and agency partners High-impact role with significant ownership over growth initiatives Work across paid media, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue strategy Fast-paced, growth-focused environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing consumer-focused business Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance LHH | Privacy Policy View the Lee Hecht Harrison Privacy Policy here and learn more about how information is handled on the site.
