Director of AI-Driven Consumer Growth & Experience

Upside is seeking a Senior Consumer Growth Product Manager to own the growth system for our consumer app, spanning conversion, retention, cross-sell, and organic growth. You will guide product decisions to improve quality, polish, reliability, and trust across the app.
You will lead a PM team (5-10), drive multi-category adoption across gas, grocery, and restaurants, and collaborate with Design, Data, and Marketing to turn insights into bets.
