Estate Planning Attorney

Hahn Loeser seeks an associate with 4-6 years of estate planning experience to join its Cleveland office. This role offers the opportunity for a strong estate planning associate to join a widely recognized team of attorneys who are known for handling complex estate plans, trust and estate administrations, and business succession plans customized to meet the needs of our clients across the U.S. Qualifications Experience drafting, preparing, and reviewing complex estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns Demonstrated experience working with complex, high‑net‑worth clients, and a commitment to client service Excellent research (including tax research) and writing skills Strong technical skills in estate and trust planning High level of initiative and attention to detail LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred Ohio bar admission is required Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills.
