Summary The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on meeting sales goals through in-person and digital selling, providing styling and fit advice, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility to support varying schedules and occasional work in other departments. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts Provide styling guidance and confident, honest product and fit recommendations Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed Requirements Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset Interest and aptitude for using networking and technology to achieve sales goals Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule Physical ability to be on your feet continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
