HR Generalist - Onsite, Nonprofit People Partner
CFS
CFS is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Kalamazoo-based nonprofit team. You will coordinate onboarding, serve as a key HR resource, and help ensure policy compliance across the organization. You will partner with leadership on employee relations and recruitment, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements and engagement initiatives.
