We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations and help maintain an organized office environment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This position combines accounting support with payroll processing and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy. The right candidate will bring strong experience with QuickBooks Online, account reconciliation, and dependable recordkeeping practices.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions, organizing supporting documentation, and keeping accounts up to date.
• Process payroll in a timely manner using automated systems while helping ensure employee pay data is handled correctly.
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and keep balances aligned.
• Manage accounts-related tasks such as tracking expenses, monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, and preparing routine financial information.
• Use QuickBooks Online to enter, review, and maintain accounting data for day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Support general office administration by handling clerical duties, maintaining files, and assisting with operational coordination as needed.
• Review financial information for completeness and accuracy, resolving issues promptly and communicating concerns when necessary.• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting support role.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Online.
• Experience completing bank reconciliations with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automated payroll processing and related recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage administrative responsibilities alongside financial tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a consistent approach to maintaining accurate records.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
