Senior Financial Analyst

Serving as a strategic partner to the Retail business, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis and decision support to drive profitability and long-term growth in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making as a trusted finance business partner to Retail sales and leadership teams Lead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin and customer profitability, while enhancing internal management reporting and KPI dashboards Prepare and present financial review materials for executive leadership, proactively identifying strategic opportunities and supporting cross-functional financial initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred) 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
