Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Role is Remote (PST, MST, CST Required) What stands out about this role?High Caliber Colleagues and a Collaborative Team EnvironmentProfessional Development and Clear Path to Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities include:• Partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across multiple product and operational teams.• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis, delivering actionable insights that support business performance and resource allocation.• Build and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate revenue trends, operating expenses, workforce planning, and growth initiatives.• Translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.• Conduct in-depth analyses including ROI assessments, pricing strategies, profitability modeling, and long-range business planning.• Monitor and analyze recurring revenue and key business performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.• Support executive reporting, management presentations, and strategic planning processes through data-driven financial storytelling.• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting alignment, and performance measurement.• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and planning system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.• Develop standardized financial models, reporting frameworks, and documentation to improve consistency and decision-making across the organization. Requirements:5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (required)Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)Experience in the SaaS, software, or technology industriesFamiliarity with ASC 606 or any consumption based revenue models Ability to go on site 4 days a weekSalary $120-130k plus bonus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
