Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | No Nights or Weekends
Pay Rate: $75,000–$85,000 base salary
Pay Type: Base salary + performance bonus
Earning Potential: $110,000–$135,000+ annually

About Five Star Truck & Auto Repair

Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor in Anaheim, CA who can sell service, take care of customers, and keep a busy shop moving.

Earn a $75K–$85K base salary + $35K–$50K bonus potential with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends .

Key Responsibilities

• Build estimates and repair orders.
• Present repairs, secure approvals, and close sales.
• Manage customers from check-in through pickup.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians and keep workflow moving.
• Schedule appointments and manage multiple repair orders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer experience.
• Strong automotive sales and estimating skills.
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience.
• Comfortable with shop management software.
• Strong customer communication and organization.
• Tekmetric experience. (Preferred)
• ASE certifications or additional automotive training. (Preferred)
• Leadership or Lead Advisor background. (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000–$85,000.
• Bonus potential: $35,000–$50,000 based on performance.
