About The Role We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who thrives on being of service—to our employees, to our store leaders, and to the broader business. In this role, you'll be a go-to resource for employee support and guidance, focused on building strong relationships, encouraging positive workplace culture, and ensuring our HR practices are understood, accessible, and aligned with our values. You’ll support stores and field leaders by providing hands‑on HR assistance—traveling to store locations regularly to offer personalized support and ensure our teams feel connected to the broader HR function. While this role does involve upholding policies and procedures, the heart of it is about helping people succeed in their roles while maintaining fairness and clarity across the organization.
