Senior Full-Desk Executive Recruiter – NYC We’re growing our NYC team and looking for a Senior Full-Desk Recruiter who wants to build something of their own. You’ll have the opportunity to build your candidate network, work closely with our sales team, develop your market, and take a search from the first call all the way to the placement. We’re a certified minority-owned staffing firm based in NYC, with teams across Accounting & Finance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Legal, IT, HR, and Administrative staffing. What You’ll Own Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, negotiating, and closing Partner with our sales team to understand client needs and deliver the right talent Build and maintain a strong network of candidates within your specialty Proactively identify and recruit talent rather than relying solely on job orders Market available consultants and candidates across active client opportunities Manage multiple searches while keeping candidates engaged throughout the process Develop market knowledge and become a go-to resource within your niche Help grow the NYC business by turning candidate relationships into long‑term opportunities What We’re Looking For 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience preferred Experience working a full desk or interest in growing into a full-desk model Strong phone, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong follow‑up and organizational skills Competitive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing urgency or attention to detail Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Why This Opportunity?
