Job Responsibilities Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off through phone and email Help employees and managers navigate HR systems and complete HR transactions Document call summaries and case details in the case management system Escalate complex issues to specialists or HR business partners as needed Stay current on HR policies and procedures to provide accurate, helpful support Skills/Requirements Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls while documenting conversations Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus Additional Information Hybrid role based in Framingham, MA — mostly remote with occasional in-office days as needed 36.25 hours per week, 9am to 5pm shift 6-month contract with strong potential for extension for the right candidate Great opportunity for candidates interested in growing a career in HR Pay Range: $22/hour YUPRO Placement is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr YUPRO Placement
