Conduct research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support litigation strategy Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and persuasive arguments; strong analytical skills are essential. Prepare and respond to interrogatories, disclosures, depositions, document production and related tasks. Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials; assist senior attorneys in trial preparation. Proficiency in communicating in a clear, logical manner with clients, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel. Active license to practice law in Arizona, and in good standing. 0-3 Years of litigation experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge in insurance defense, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation preferred. Working Conditions The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (typical office or administrative work).
