Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
