This position will primarily be remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates both telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions, depending on client needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique challenges and needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients during acute mental health disturbances, offering immediate support and connecting them with community resources as needed.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to patient care, ensuring compliance with New York State regulations and upholding strict confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participate actively in regular case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to foster ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in New York, in good standing, is required.
