Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive strategic account growth and business development within the Payments industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, digital transformation, and payments technology, with established relationships across payment processors, fintech companies, banks, and merchant services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic client relationships across the payments ecosystem, driving revenue, profitability, and long-term account expansion.

• Develop and execute account growth strategies, sales plans, and new business development initiatives.
\n
• Identify opportunities across payment processing, digital wallets, card payments, merchant acquiring, real-time payments, and payment modernization.
\n
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and payments business leaders.
\n
• Position technology consulting and IT services offerings across cloud transformation, data and analytics, AI, application modernization, and managed services.
\n
• Lead consultative sales engagements, RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
\n
• Collaborate with delivery, solution architecture, and technology teams to develop differentiated client solutions.
\n
• Own account-level revenue targets, sales pipeline, forecasting, margins, and overall P&L performance.
\n
• Expand existing accounts while identifying new logos and strategic partnerships within the US payments market.

Required Qualifications

\n
• 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or strategic account management.
\n
• Significant experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in the Payments, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services sectors.
\n
• Demonstrated success in growing large accounts and achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
\n
• Strong understanding of payments platforms, payment processing ecosystems, digital banking, and transaction processing.
\n
• Established relationships with senior executives at payment processors, fintech firms, banks, or merchant services providers.
\n
• Experience selling digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, application development, and managed services.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen, executive communication, negotiation, and account planning capabilities.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with global delivery teams and travel as required.
