Customer Success Manager

Job Description
Our client is located in Long Island City and they are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Identify and engage current and potential clients utilizing various sales methods. \n
- Gain a clear understanding of clients' overall business strategies and communicate with the design team to develop a solution-based plan based on the client's needs. \n
- Develop specific strategies to identify and address the client’s needs, while staying ahead of new opportunities to help align the client’s future requirements. \n
- Collaborate across departments to promote outstanding client service. \n
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions including price, payment terms, and deliverables. \n
- Serve as the point of contact for escalation requests. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Client Development role, in a consultative, solution-based environment. \n
- Bachelor’s degree required. \n
- Able to review and track new opportunities for the organization. \n
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
